Cocktail Recipe
A tropical festive play on the classic Junglebird in a light and bright fashion.
Ingredients
- 30ml Pineapple Rum
- 10ml Campari or Peychaud's
- East Imperial Xmas Tonic Water
- Garnished with fresh lime slices and mint
Method
- Add all ingredients to a rocks / low-ball glass
- Pack with quality cubed ice, then garnish with a large slice of fresh lime and mint sprig
